Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policies

All Shipments are sent via USPS and have tracking.  Once a package leaves our hands, it is up to USPS to deliver packages.  New Mexico Residents should receive their packages within 2-3 business days.  Other US States should receive packages within 5-7 business days.

Make sure to check shipping information carefully, as this cannot be edited once we receive and ship.  We are not responsible for shipping consequences resulting from shipping information errors made by clients.


Damage or Defects

If an item is damaged or defected, please report the issue to Info@clearpathprogram.com within 24 hours of order receipt.  We will then send you a return receipt to have the damaged item sent back to us, and replace it for you at our cost.


Return Policy

If you are having a problem with a Clear Path product, please contact us via e-mail within 30 days of purchase.  We believe in our products and program fully and will work with you to exchange an item to fit your needs.

We do however stand behind our program and it’s results - if followed 100%.  Please keep in mind that getting clear requires adherence to the program in its entirety.  This includes but is not limited to; pore clogging ingredients in personal care products, lifestyle habits, environmental factors, and diet.  We are not at home with you to ensure complete compliancy, and for this reason we are unable to offer a money-back guarantee.

Products alone will not get you clear, but full adherence to the program along with product use will get you clear and help you maintain that clarity. 

Though we do not offer refunds, you may return any Clear Path product within 30 days for an online credit to use towards your next purchase.  The Clear Path product line is highly customizable, so if something is not working for you, then we encourage you to try another product along with adherence to lifestyle, environmental, and dietary changes.

Once the returned items have been received you will be issued a credit code via the listed e-mail address.  Products ordered with store credit are not eligible for return.

Please take care in packing items authorized for return.  Please pack items for return in a box, not an envelope to ensure safe delivery.
